1. No Access without consent unless required by law or other duty
2. Network facilities may not be used for illegal or wrongful purposes
3. Electronic Snooping prohibited
- The unauthorized use of the network for purposes of "snooping"
is a violation of APAnet policy.
4. Network facilities may be used for personal purposes without restriction
5. Signature files or message text must disclose limitations of employee's
authority
6. No Systematic Monitoring
