Closes the current URL address you have shown in Location (PC) or Netsite
(MAC). The Netscape menu bar will remain on the screen.
QUIT command-Q
Exits out of Netscape
EDIT
The Edit command is similar to a word processor's cut, paste, and select
all functions. The Find function within the Edit menu, is used to search
for a specific word or phrase in the current web page that you are reading
through.
VIEW
View will be primarily used during the creation of your organization's
homepage. This will be covered in the next training manual.
GO
The first three functions - Back, Forward and Home- are the same commands
that are shown on your toolbar (see tool bar).
The most useful command that you will use in Go is View History. As you
travel to different websites, the "history" of sites you have
visited will be shown on View History. This history will remain on the
computer as long as you have not
exited Netscape.
If you immediately want to return to a website, go to View History, and
click on that specific site.
