Signatures

Signature is a feature that allows you to have certain information like: your name, organization, address, telephone, fax, etc. on every message, so that you don't have to type it each time.



1 Select Signature from the Window menu.
2 Type your signature text in this window.

To activate the Signature, click on the signature ICON in the outgoing message window.

4 Click here to activate Signature
