- Reply and Forward
If you would like to reply to the sender of an incoming message, select
Reply from the Message menu.
A new composition window appears, with the person's address, who sent the
original mail, placed in the send to field. The original message text is
automatically highlighted to make it easier to delete if you do not wish
to include it it your reply.
To forward an incoming message to another party, select Forward from the
Message menu. The process is similar to that of Reply, with the exception
of having to type in the address of whomever you plan to forward the message
to.
You may save an outgoing message either as a safeguard, or for temporary
storage so you can return to it at a later time for changes prior to sending
it.
