Mail Boxes

Mailboxes are important for sorting incoming mail. If your computer is being used by more than one person, each person can have their own Mailbox. The Mailboxes can also be used like folders to route specific types of mail.

To create Mailboxes and folders:

 
1 Select Mailboxes In the Windows menu and click on New.

A dialog box appears., asking you to name the folder. If you are sharing computers, type your name. If you are the only person on the computer, you can create folders to sort your mail just like your own file cabinet to appropriate categories. For example, youth or community events.
