Attaching a document



To attach a document to a current outgoing message:
 
1 Select Attach Document from the Message menu.

Once the desired document is located, select it and click on the Open button to attach the document to the message.

3 Select a document
The attached document does not appear within the message text. Instead, the name of the document and the disk from which it was copied is displayed automatically in the Attachments field of the message header.
