Wataru Ebihara has been involved with the APAnet project since 1998. As the APAnet coordinator, he provides IT consultation for non-profits, and advocates for the application of new information technologies and open-source software for the benefit of community-based organizations.
He is currently on staff as the Information Systems Manager for the Little Tokyo Service Center (LTSC). LTSC is a social service and community development non-profit agency in downtown Los Angeles, and is the current "home" for the APAnet project.
